Proper environment for operating CobraFlex Printers
This is not a suggestion, it is mandatory for optimum manufacturing on cobraflex printers.
No Powder CobraFlex Printer
Must be in a climate controlled environment at all times printer inks and adhesives are sensitive to heat and cold.
The printer's environment must not be.
A. Too Hot if a printer is too hot you can run the risk of overheating the power supplies, headboards, main boards headboards and print heads also causing failure of and drying of the inks
B. Too Cold, If it's too cold inks have trouble following therefore you will have clogs.
C. Clean printers can not work properly in a dirty dusty environment; they can suck dust into the motors and fans and can cause encoder strips to have issues.
Maintaining temperature at 60°F minimum-80°F, and 35%-65% Humidity
Our operating Humidity is 40% minimum to 60% maximum.
Must have an air pneumatic heat press that has at least 110 psi to 150 psi.

Must have an air pneumatic or manual heat press that has at least 140 psi to 75 psi.
