Q: Is there a way in the software to determine how much of a roll I have left, instead of just physically checking behind the printer?
A: Unfortunately, no. The printer software just sees the roll as stock feed. it doesn't have the capability to track how much of a roll is left. It's a visual thing that you have to keep an eye on.
