1. Clear Cap and Flush

Place hot distilled water into the cap to the top, press the exit button on the printers controls to re-seat the head carriage to home, then let stand for 15 min.

Use the pump on the control panel of the printer to evacuate the cap.

Enter Button
Select Printer Clean
Select head #
Select Ink Pump
Press enter to start pump and enter again to stop the pump.

Refill the Cap again with hot distilled water, doing this procedure a few times.
Once cleaned and clear from water, run the ink pump again to re-fill the lines, head and dampeners with fresh ink.

Enter Button
Select Printer Clean
Select head #
Select Ink Pump
Press enter to start pump and enter again to stop the pump.

Then use the LEFT control to move the head carriage to the left.
Check to see if ink starts to fill up the cap or not. If the cap is full, then
run a deep clean on all heads and try printing. If the cap is not filling up
move on the next steps below.

2. Syringe Out the Top Lines

Detach each dampener one at a time, and using your syringe, suck out ink from the bottom of each dampener into the syringe. (Dampeners are the clear plastic pieces that are attached to the head).

If you cannot pull ink through, then the dampener needs to be replaced or you have a clog in the top line. Try detaching the top tube from the top of the dampener, and squeeze the tubes to clear any blockages. Attach your syringe to that tube and suck out any dried ink or pieces.

As long as you have ink pulling through the syringe the dampener should be okay.
This will clear up any clogs you may have in the lines and get flow going back through the head and dampeners.
